Loyalty Programme Terms

The House of Flowers loyalty programme gives you "Petals" (points) for purchases and actions on the site, which you can redeem for rewards. Membership is free and starts when you open an account. These terms form part of the site's terms of use. The Hebrew version is the binding text.

Earning Petals

• Purchases: one Petal for every ₪1 actually paid on a website order, once the payment is approved. Amounts covered by a reward or coupon do not earn Petals.
• Missions: actions such as completing your account details, your first order and repeat orders. The current missions and their Petals are shown in the loyalty area.
• Shabbat streak: a bonus of 100 Petals for orders in 3 consecutive calendar weeks.
• Review: Petals for writing an honest review, once per customer, after our team approves it. They are given for writing the review, whatever its rating or content.

Petals are added to the account that placed the order. An order that is cancelled or refunded, in full or in part, deducts the Petals it earned.

Redeeming rewards

Petals can be redeemed for the rewards shown in the loyalty area at the time, for example ₪15 off for 300 Petals. Some rewards have conditions (such as a minimum order or delivery area), shown next to each one.

Rewards are redeemed on website orders only, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with another offer unless stated.

Tiers

Your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and VIP) is based on the total Petals earned since you joined, and does not drop when you redeem.

Expiry

Petals do not currently expire. If we decide to introduce expiry, we will announce it on the site and by email at least 30 days in advance, and it will not apply retroactively to the period before the notice.

Changes and ending the programme

We may change the earning rules, rewards and tiers, or end the programme, with at least 30 days' notice on the site and by email. Petals earned up to the change or the end can be redeemed for at least 30 days after the notice.

Misuse and closing an account

In case of misuse, such as duplicate accounts, fake reviews or exploiting a fault, we may cancel Petals that were not earned fairly. Closing your account at your request cancels its Petal balance.
