Welcome to the House of Flowers (בית הפרחים) website. Use of the website and placing orders on it are subject to these terms and the policies detailed in them. Please read them carefully. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. The Hebrew version is the binding text.

The Business

House of Flowers is a boutique botanical studio at 230 Ben Yehuda Street, Old North, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, providing bouquets, floral arrangements, plants and gifts, with delivery in Tel Aviv and the surrounding area.

Orders and Payment

Prices on the website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT. An order is complete once payment is approved. We may refuse or cancel an order in exceptional cases, including a pricing error or a product being unavailable; if so, the full amount paid is refunded.

Flowers are a natural product. Colour, size and varieties may differ slightly from the photos, and flowers may be replaced with ones of equal or greater value depending on the season and availability.

Card payments are made on the payment provider's secure page. American Express cards are not accepted online; they can be used by phone.

Cancellation, Delivery and Handover

An order can be cancelled only before we start preparing it, on the terms in our cancellation and refund policy. Among them: an immediate order cannot be cancelled, cancelling within the 24 hours before the delivery time is charged 50% of the order price, and flowers that have been cut, packed and sent out are paid in full.

The person ordering is responsible for full and accurate delivery details: the complete address, the recipient's full name including surname, and phone numbers for both the sender and the recipient. A delivery whose details were incomplete, where nobody answered when the courier arrived, returns to the shop and is charged two more delivery fees, one for the return and one for delivery to the correct address.

If the recipient does not answer or refuses the delivery, the order is charged in full.

Accounts, Loyalty Programme and Reviews

You do not need an account to order. Account holders are responsible for keeping their login details safe. Membership of the loyalty programme is subject to the loyalty programme terms.

Reviews you publish on the site should reflect a real experience. We may remove a review that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the service.
