Tishbi Estate Merlot 2021

A refined, elegant red from the Tishbi family's Estate series in Zichron Yaakov, where they have grown vines since 1882. Mostly Merlot (88%), rounded out with Cabernet Sauvignon and Ruby Cabernet, and aged 12 months in oak. Ripe plum, blackcurrant and sweet cherry, with licorice, black tea, vanilla and chocolate. Drinks well now and will age. Dry red, 750 ml. Kosher (Badatz Beit Yosef), product of Israel.
