A light, very refreshing semi-dry white from Tishbi: French Colombard for crisp acidity and Emerald Riesling for a gentle sweetness. Floral, with peach, apricot, melon and citrus. Serve well chilled as an aperitif, or with light meals, cheese and poultry. Made to drink young. Semi-dry white, 12%, 750 ml. Kosher (Badatz Beit Yosef), product of Israel.
