Tishbi's top tier: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a single vineyard, Emek Bracha in the Judean Hills, aged in oak and bottled unfiltered and unfined, so it may throw a little sediment. Deep ruby, with violets opening to white pepper, blackberry, black plum and orange peel, and a balanced, velvety finish of vanilla and mocha. Lovely with rich cheeses and smoked meats.
