The Estate series Cabernet from the Tishbi family, vintners since 1882. 92% Cabernet Sauvignon with a little Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, aged 12 months in oak and bottled unfiltered. Silky and velvety, with plum, raspberry, blackcurrant and dark forest fruit over mocha, vanilla and a touch of honey. Ready to drink now, or to keep. Dry red, 750 ml.
